Hour of Code with Team Sochware

 

Hour of code , an initiative my Microsoft to teach each and everyone how to code. This time , this initiation was brough in Nepal and to my College "Bhaktapur Multiple Campus" by Team sochware( Eeda Rijal ,Milan  thapa and Sishir Shrestha).

Team Socware came was on the venue at a10:30 and program also commenced from around 11 AM.
IT started with initial introduction , journey of team sochware from Nepal to Microsoft Imagine Cup and wining the title in AI Category.
The interaction program with participants was really good , they got to know the journye , how a company is formed, how to handle it , how to tackle the problems and so on.

And next session was by Mr. Milan Thapa  who gave presentation  on Data Analytics with PowerBI , me being aware of what is PowerBI to be frank had not expected it would be that good and  useful. He highlighted the importance of datas, how to visualize data with PowerBI ,how powerBI can be implemented in the system and also did a live example of Data visualization in PowerBI.

and next session HourofCode , facilitated by Sochware team , where participants learnt how does a game development works, it helped in understanding how actually the code we write can be programmed fr game , how to write codes to tack the problem or solve any problem using code.
This session helped students to learn code + how code works in real world.

The day was very fruitful , in terms of learning , sharing knowledge and to know how microsft is helpng people to learn to code and other benefit of Microsoft.
